The Meeting
I had to meet him to help me out with providing me a small business loan
He was introduced by a mutual friend. I was not quite comfortable as I knew almost nothing about him but the fact that he owns the biggest shopping mall in the city. He proposed to meet in a small cafe near his home. I was there 10 minutes earlier and picked a table at the patio along the sidewalk. I started reading the book I had but I was not quite focused as every car stopping by made me think it was him. I had already checked his LinkedIn profile and knew roughly what he looked like. It was a business meeting but it felt very much like a blind date.
A black jaguar slowing down and parking along the street caught my eyes.
