Community Dialogue: Multiculturalism and AntiRacism

Culture Chats conducted two Community Dialogue Sessions inviting members of the South Asian Community to engage with the themes of multiculturalism, diversity and discrimination with a view to exploring experiences related to racial discrimination and other reflections relevant to social and cultural integration. Four keynote speakers were invited to provide context for the project and to help the attendees to engage with the topic. Following this, group work was organized to enable individuals to discuss among each other and have their say about various aspects of the AntiRacism discussion. Qualitative data was collected anonymously and with consent.

The goal of this project has been to record the stories of socio-cultural experiences of women from various cultures, ethnicities and races within the community. See here
